Their direct experience with mushrooms and Mycology spans nearly 20 years. Myriad Mycology is passionate about educating all those interested in mycology regardless of age, or level of experience, with a primary mission to make visible the incredible world of mycology, its vast possibilities, and current applications.

The Aftelier, Mandy Aftel

Aftel Certified applies to all the essences Mandy uses to craft the chef's essences I infuse my truffles with. All of the plant essences are derived from 100% pure & natural botanical sources. The vast majority of the oils  are created from either wild-harvested or farmed in small batches with sustainable practices and without pesticides.
